LR Youth Hospitality English Camp: Outdoor Learning
Build your English. Discover hospitality. Experience Les Roches.
Designed for students aged 15–17 who want to improve their English while discovering the world of hospitality, this immersive experience takes learning beyond the classroom. Through hands-on F&B activities, hospitality challenges, outdoor learning, role-play, and industry experiences, students build confidence using English in both everyday and hospitality situations. It is an ideal pathway for students who are not yet at the 5.5 IELTS entry requirement for Les Roches and want to combine English development with an unforgettable international summer experience.

LR Hospitality Leadership Camp
Turn your ideas into experiences. Lead, create, and bring hospitality to life.
This hands-on program is designed for students aged 15–17 who are curious about the business of hospitality and want to develop their leadership potential. Students explore personal branding, marketing, events, F&B, guest experience, and hospitality operations through practical workshops, creative challenges, industry visits, and real-world projects. Rather than simply learning about hospitality, students experience how ideas are developed, planned, and brought to life.

Created for students aged 15–17 with a passion for sport, this program goes beyond playing the game to explore what it takes to lead and manage in the global sports industry. Through team challenges, leadership activities, sports business projects, and practical experiences, students develop confidence, communication, resilience, and decision-making skills. They also discover how sports organizations operate, from teams and leagues to sponsors, media, and events.

Designed for students aged 18–26 considering their next academic or professional step, this immersive one-week experience offers a first-hand taste of the Les Roches Master’s environment. Students explore leadership, innovation, sustainability, and technology through hands-on workshops, expert masterclasses, industry visits, and real-world challenges. The experience culminates in a group concept presented to an industry panel, giving students the opportunity to put their ideas into action while connecting with future hospitality leaders from around the world.
