For this program, your industry exposure comes from a series of visits to important F&B industry players in Europe. During these residential trips, you will meet and interact with businesses representing the complete F&B chain, allowing you to discover more about international hospitality best practices, food and beverage concept development, operational trends, and digital marketing strategies.

Program entry requirements

Minimum age

21

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree desirable

Professional hospitality experience

Two years for students with a Bachelor's degree or five years for students without degree

English level

Must be proficient enough for higher education studies. English language exam scores (issued within 24 months prior to the intended intake) are required for non-native speakers, or those who have not spent at least 2 years in full time English Education at University level prior to the intake.
