The curriculum covers both the business and operational side of a cruise service, including management of onboard areas such as accommodation, F&B, and events, as well as business operations, sales and revenue management, and marine law. In addition, a core component relating to luxury guest experience reflects the growing importance of the luxury segment within the overall cruise market.

Program entry requirements
Minimum age
21
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree desirable
Professional hospitality experience
Two years for students with a Bachelor's degree or five years for students without degree
English level
Must be proficient enough for higher education studies. English language exam scores (issued within 24 months prior to the intended intake) are required for non-native speakers, or those who have not spent at least 2 years in full time English Education at University level prior to the intake.
