Visa

Application

Who needs to apply for a visa?

All international students require a Residence Visa to study at our Academy. This visa can be sponsored by either your parent/legal guardian if they are residing in the UAE or by our Academy.

Visa Processing

The Academy’s Admissions Department will handle your visa application once you’re accepted into a program. Processing typically takes around 4 weeks. An electronic entry visa will be issued by email (GCC nationals are not required an entry visa).

Once Arrival in the UAE

Students will undergo a medical examination to finalize paperwork. All international students, including those from GCC countries, must apply for an Emirates ID Card in Abu Dhabi.

Book your accommodation

Our Student Concierge will assist you with booking your off-campus accommodation, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process.

Accommodation is not compulsory while studying with us. However, it is highly recommended for international students during their first semester while their residence visa and Emirates ID are being processed. Our Academy has partnered with the Rotana Group to offer various long-stay options within their facilities, located just 3 km from our campus.
