Your Professional Image: A Reflection of Excellence
This policy outlines professional dress code expectations for Abu Dhabi Hospitality Academy - Les Roches students and staff. It applies to all students and staff, including those visiting campus during internships. Students in practical arts should adhere to specific workshop/department guidelines. The dress code must be followed on all academy premises, both indoors and outdoors, and when visiting business partners. Management reserves the right to modify the policy as needed.

Why Professionalism Matters
Your professional image is more than just a dress code—it’s an essential element of the Les Roches ethos and your future success:
- Reputation: Reflects the world-class standards of Les Roches as a leading institution.
- Industry Alignment: Prepares you for the expectations of the industries we serve.
- Community Respect: Encourages a culture of respect, inclusivity, and good behavior.
When choosing your attire, consider:
- Respect: Does this reflect my values and respect for the Les Roches community?
- Professionalism: Is this what I would wear to an interview for my dream job?
- Cleanliness: Are my clothes neat and presentable?
- Leadership: Am I setting the right example for others?
Standards for All
Students and staff wearing uniforms should always display their name badges. If a badge is unavailable, a temporary one can be obtained at reception.
Les Roches reserves the right to adapt this policy as needed to ensure its alignment with our mission and the evolving needs of our community.
By embracing these guidelines, you not only represent Les Roches with pride but also prepare yourself for the professional standards of the global workplace.
