Health and wellbeing

Les Roches Crans-Montana offers a safe, supportive, and inspiring environment to begin your hospitality career. Beyond the fresh mountain air, you’ll find a close-knit campus community where students quickly feel at home.

Your health and wellbeing are a priority. Our on-campus Health & Wellbeing Team, including daytime nurses during the week, provides medical care, wellbeing guidance, and support. Additional medical practitioners are available on-site or nearby when needed.

Les Roches encourages a healthy, balanced lifestyle through prevention initiatives, practical health information, and wellbeing guidance to support both physical and mental wellbeing throughout your studies. Students can self-refer to the Health & Wellbeing Department at any time.

Psychological support and student counselling services

The school works closely with external professionals when additional or specialized support is required.

Confidential student counseling services are available for those facing personal, emotional, or academic challenges. Counseling is delivered in a sensitive, non-judgmental manner, supporting students in managing anxiety, stress, or other concerns, and helping them navigate difficulties effectively throughout their studies.
