On-campus accommodation
Les Roches Crans-Montana’s student residence are situated between two and seven minutes from the main campus building and comprises 12 buildings.
These are:
- Les Roches Main Dorms
- Pré Fleuri B & C
- Peter's Farm 1, 2, 3 & 4
- Les Cheminots
- Les Rocailles A
Three types of accommodation are offered: single or double rooms and entire, fully furnished studio apartments with options for sole or shared occupancy. All rooms feature study desk, mini fridge, Wi-Fi and safety deposit box, while 95% also feature en-suite bathrooms.
There are shared kitchens in 70% of the buildings and shared common areas in 80% of the buildings
Services and facilities in each building include:
- Housekeeping once a week/every two weeks
- 24/7 Security
- Maintenance
- Self-service laundry in every building (at an additional cost)
- Dry cleaning by independent company located two minutes from main building
Among the services included on campus are:
- Gym
- Gaming and VR room
- Equipped music room
- Electric car rental in front of the main building (5 Teslas & 3 BMW)
Single rooms
On-campus accommodation is compulsory for undergraduate students during EY1, BSc semester 1 and 2, as well as for all undergraduate direct entry and undergraduate exchange students transferring to Les Roches Crans-Montana for the first time. The standard rate covers a shared double room; single rooms may be requested and are subject to availability and an additional cost. In Semesters 4 and 5, students may remain in a double room by default or request a single room (subject to availability) or a furnished apartment on campus at an additional cost. Postgraduate students may live on campus in a double room, request a single room (subject to availability and additional cost), choose a furnished apartment on campus, or find external accommodation off campus. For any accommodation questions, please email the Accommodation Department and reply to their messages in a timely manner.
Double rooms
Exclusively for Bachelor Experiential year Semester 1 students, found in the Main Building dorms and Peters Farm 3.
Furnished apartments
These are hired out as either single-occupancy studio apartments or shared apartments for up to three students. Single bed space reservation is not available in Les Cheminots- the entire apartment must be rented as a whole. The fees depend on the size of apartment and its layout.

All accommodation is included from the official arrival date until the end date except over the Christmas break, which is not included in the fees.

Residence options per program
Unless numbers dictate otherwise, Bachelor Experiential year Semester 1 students are restricted to the main building. BSc year Semester 1 and above students can choose rooms in all other buildings except Les Cheminots and Les Rocailles A , which are reserved exclusively for BSc year Semester 4 and Semester 5, MBA, MSc, MAS and DAS students
