What to expect from a Residential Week

The Residential Week is a high-impact, in-person experience designed to elevate your Executive program. Held at Les Roches Marbella, this exclusive week features expert-led sessions, industry insights, and hands-on learning, enabling you to deepen your understanding of hospitality and expand your professional network.
For five to six days, you’ll step away from virtual learning and engage in masterclasses, strategic discussions, and real-world activities, that help bring course concepts to life.

Ainhoa Otamendi, faculty since 2013, holds a PhD in Psychology and a PGD in HR Management. Pursuing a Master's in Personal Coaching and Organizational Leadership, she is certified in personality questionnaires and conflict management. Fluent in English, Italian, and Spanish, she contributes to research and provides hospitality training.

Dr. Antonio Moya
Antonio Moya, faculty since 2008, specializes in Real Estate, Finance, and Strategy. He holds a PhD in Finance and an MBA from IE Business School, with certifications in real estate and finance. His dynamic teaching blends theory and practical insights, preparing students for industry challenges.

Juan José Calvo
Juan José Calvo, with over two decades in leadership at Indra and Everis, holds an MBA from IE Business School and a Master's in Telecommunications Engineering. His industry knowledge and passion for innovation provide students with practical insights and strategic perspectives. Fluent in Spanish and English, he contributes to academic research and professional development.
