Arrival information
Meet & Greet / Transfer Assistance
Upon your arrival at Málaga International Airport, our team will greet you in the arrivals hall and assist you with transportation to campus, provided you have confirmed your arrival details in advance through the applicant portal.
Once at the airport, collect your luggage from the baggage claim area, then proceed through customs and into the arrival hall. Our attendant will be there to welcome you and escort you to your pre-arranged transport to the campus.

Lost Luggage
If your luggage is lost, report it immediately to airport authorities. Provide them with the school’s contact details so they can arrange for the delivery of your luggage once retrieved. Our Welcome Team is available to assist if needed.

Packing list

Marbella’s summer temperatures can get quite hot, so it's important to pack accordingly. We recommend bringing the following items:
- Casual Clothing: Comfortable clothes suitable for the warm weather.
- Everyday Shoes: A comfortable pair of shoes (e.g., sneakers or trainers) for daily use, along with one pair of long trousers for workshops.
- Smart-Formal Outfit: One smart outfit and shoes appropriate for visiting a five-star hotel (please avoid jeans, sneakers, miniskirts, and shorts).
- Sportswear & Swimwear: Trainers, sports clothing, and a swimsuit are essential, as the program includes various sporting and water activities.
- Sun Protection: A hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, and other sun protection items to stay safe under the sun.
- Hair Dryer: If you wish to bring a hair dryer, please note that the voltage is 220v, and you may need the appropriate plug adapter.
- Toiletries: Don’t forget your personal hygiene items.
- Lightweight & Comfortable Clothing: Pack breathable, flowy clothes to stay cool in the heat.
Additionally, consider bringing a beach towel, sport shoes, and a cap for added comfort.
Laundry
A 24-hours laundry room, equipped with washing machines and dryers, is available in the residence´s basement. It is free of charge.
Please do not hang laundry out of the windows or balconies.

The Health & Wellbeing Team is available to assist you with doctor appointments if necessary. Make sure you have the correct health and accident insurance to cover any medical costs. The campus enforces a strict no-drugs policy and a non-alcohol policy for minors.
Campus Security:
Campus safety is provided by both school security officers and a private security company, ensuring a secure environment for all students.
Professional Etiquette:
Our diverse student body includes over 800 students from more than 90 nationalities. While cultural diversity is celebrated, students are encouraged to show respect for all cultures and maintain professional behavior and appearance, which is essential in the hospitality industry.
Dietary Restrictions:
If you have dietary restrictions due to medical or religious reasons, please inform the school during registration to accommodate your needs.
Room regulations
Room Restrictions:
Cooking appliances, pets, and open flames are prohibited in rooms. Tea and coffee-making appliances (such as kettles) are allowed. Failure to adhere to these standards may result in being asked to leave campus accommodation.
Electrical Appliances:
Spain uses 220-volt outlets with two-pin plugs. You may need a transformer or adapter for your devices. These can be purchased locally. Please turn off all electrical appliances and lights when leaving your room to save energy.
Security:
Campus is patrolled by security officers to ensure a safe environment. The private security company also supports their efforts.
Money & Valuables:
While personal insurance for theft or damage is not mandatory, it is strongly recommended. The school is not responsible for valuables left in your room, public areas, or storage. Use the provided safety deposit boxes for valuables and avoid keeping large amounts of cash in your room.
Student Identity & Policies
Student Card:
Upon check-in, you will receive a Student Identity Card, which provides access to your accommodation, campus restaurants, and on-campus services. You can also use it for cashless transactions on campus.
Curfew Policy:
Students under 18 must adhere to a curfew from 11 pm to 7 am. All students must sign in for curfew every night.
Non-Alcohol Policy:
The consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited for students under 18, in accordance with Spanish law.
General Behavior:
Students are expected to respect school rules, attend all classes punctually, and participate in activities they have committed to. Visitors are not allowed in the residence areas.
