Two-Day Panettone Workshop

Dive deep into the art of Panettone in this two-day immersive workshop, combining short theory segments with hands-on production. Perfect for food enthusiasts, pastry students, and chefs, participants will learn to craft Panettone from start to finish—mixing, fermentation, proofing, baking, and decoration—while exploring flavor variations.

Each participant will take home a Special Edition Abu Dhabi Hospitality Academy–Les Roches Emirati Panettone (500g).

Objective: Enable participants to execute Panettone end-to-end through guided practice — from mixing and fermentation to proofing, baking, and decoration.
