Admission Requirements: two routes, by program
Every Advanced Studies program is open with Bachelor´s degree or Sur dossier. The professional experience required differs by program
How the sur dossier route works
The sur dossier pathway recognises professional achievement as a basis for admission. Your application may include professional references, work samples, project evidence and industry certifications, which are reviewed by Academic Management and the Admissions Committee.
Applicants whose last formal education was completed more than 10 years before enrolment may be asked to complete a non-credit Academic Writing and Research Skills refresher before or during their first term.

English requirements
Accepted qualifications include:
- TOEFL iBT: Overall 80 (1-6 scale:4)
- Cambridge: B2 First grade A/minimum 180 or C1 Advanced grade C/ minimum 180
- IELTS Academic Overall 6 (no component below 5.5)
- Pearson: overall 53
Test results must be issued within 24 months of the intended intake. Exemption with documented evidence for native English speakers, after at least two years of full-time education in English, or, for Executive Programs, after at least two years of verified work in an English-primary professional environment with a documented interview assessment.

Studying across two editions?
The credit values and structures marked "From Spring 2027 intake" apply to admission for the 2027.1 intake and later. Students admitted for intakes up to and including fall 2026 complete their program under the structure and credit value in force at the time of their admission, including the optional internship variants of the Executive Mas and Executive Das. No changes applies retroactively.
Admission decisions are made under the Les Roches Admissions Policy (LR-ACA-PO-02) and Admissions Procedures; this page summarizes, and never replaces or weakens, the published criteria. Equivalence of foreign qualifications is assessed in accordance with Swiss ENIC guidance. Program availability by campus and intake is set out in the Academic Catalogue.
