This Master of Advanced Studies is purpose-designed to be studied alongside your current professional role. Easily adapted to your schedule, choose from two versions of blended faculty-supported distance learning or a fully online experience. You also have the option to take a six-month internship at the conclusion of your studies. During the 9-month academic term, you will complete 6 modules, covering the fundamentals of business management and new concepts for today’s hospitality leaders.

Fluent in English, Italian, and Spanish, she contributes to research and provides hospitality training.

Dr. Antonio Moya

Antonio Moya, faculty since 2008, specializes in Real Estate, Finance, and Strategy. He holds a PhD in Finance and an MBA from IE Business School, with certifications in real estate and finance. His dynamic teaching blends theory and practical insights, preparing students for industry challenges.

Juan José Calvo

Juan José Calvo, with over two decades in leadership at Indra and Everis, holds an MBA from IE Business School and a Master's in Telecommunications Engineering. His industry knowledge and passion for innovation provide students with practical insights and strategic perspectives. A unique element of our Executive Master and Executive Diploma of Advanced Studies programs in International Hospitality Management is the opportunity for participants to spend a week on campus in Marbella.

During these carefully organized Residential Weeks, you will:

Professional hospitality experience

Minimum 5 years experience

Help with your English

Must be proficient enough for higher education studies. English language exam scores (issued within 24 months prior to the intended intake) are required for non-native speakers, or those who have not spent at least 2 years working in a company where English is the primary language prior to the intake.
