Dr. Annick Darioly Carroz, Professor of Leadership since 2013, holds a BSc in Psychology (University of Lausanne, 2003), an MSc in Work and Organizational Psychology (University of Neuchâtel, 2005), and a PhD in the same field (2011). She helps students apply psychological principles to leadership and organizational settings.
Dr. Albian Albrahimi
Dr. Albian Albrahimi, Assistant Dean of the Postgraduate Programs, specializes in Hospitality Financial Forecasting. He holds a BSc in Finance and Accounting (University of Tirana, 2011), an MSc in Finance with a specialization in Financial Analysis (University of Neuchâtel, 2016), and a PhD in Financial Accounting (2021).
Dr. Rachel Germanier
Dr. Rachel Germanier, Professor since 2005, makes complex research methods accessible. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Land Management (University of Reading, 1991), an MEd in Applied Linguistics (Open University, 2009), and an EdD (2013). Her focus is on Spaces, Symbols, and Relationships.
Dr. Nancy E. Landrum

Must be proficient enough for higher education studies.
