In the event of high volume of students, priority for accommodation in the main building will be given to Bachelor Experiential year Semester 1 students.
Off-campus accommodation
Les Roches Marbella offers managed off campus accommodation.
The apartments are set in a resort type accommodation and on average consist of bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathrooms and terrace, as well as communal gardens and swimming pools.

The accommodation is included from the official arrival date, until the official end date of the semester.
For Master students: Please, note that accommodation during breaks within each semester is included, but the accommodation between semester 1 and term 2 is not included.
Students housed in these apartments can enjoy additional benefits, including all services and facilities already offered in our on-campus accommodation.
The payment of the accommodation confirms the booking. This payment is non-refundable.

Bahía accommodation
Bahía, our new Mediterranean-style student residence, is a place where students of all nations come together to develop themselves professionally, and to create life-long friendships.
All students enrolled in Les Roches Marbella will be able to enjoy free access to Bahía common facilities (lobby, gym, cinema/entertainment room, study spaces, etc.).

This new residence building offers ground floor and level 3 apartments. Students can chose between single or double rooms, in a variety of categories.
All apartments have a shared kitchen and living room.
* Minimum 6 night stay - cancellation policy: 100% before 60 days, 30% before 30 days, 10% before 2 weeks

Bachelor students
€ 5,475 per semester minimum lodging cost
Lodging is compulsory for Experiential year S1, BSc year S1 & S2 students and for Direct Entry and transfer students applying to BSc year S1, S2, S4 & S5 .
Master of Science students
€ 7,180 for term 1 & 2 minimum lodging cost
Accommodation is optional.
Master and Diplomas of Advanced Studies students
€ 5,475 for semester 1 (and MAS semester 2 students) minimum lodging cost
Accommodation is optional.
