Industry connections that open doors

Our Career Days bring leading sports and events companies directly to campus, offering students privileged access to recruiters and decision-makers.

Recent participants include:

  • BMF
  • Planitswiss
  • SpotMe
  • Discovery Land Company
  • The Hong Kong Jockey Club

Beyond Career Days, we collaborate with renowned industry partners such as Match Hospitality, FIVB, FIA or FIBA strengthening the program’s direct link to international sport governance, major events and premium sports services.

These connections ensure our students graduate with more than knowledge, they leave with industry exposure, professional networks and real career opportunities.

Learning beyond the classroom

Students participated in an exclusive recruitment day with the FIA (Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile), gaining first-hand insight into career pathways within international motorsport governance.

They also visited the headquarters of UEFA in Nyon, exploring the operational structure behind one of the world’s most powerful sports institutions.

In Lausanne, they attended the iWorkinSport job fair, connecting directly with recruiters and industry leaders from across the global sports ecosystem.

Global immersion: field trip

A key highlight of the program is the international field trip, where students engage directly with leading organizations across the global sports industry. Destinations and visits may vary from year to year, but the experience is designed to provide firsthand exposure to key stakeholders, facilities, and events shaping the industry.

During a recent field trip to Abu Dhabi, students met with organizations including:

  • Abu Dhabi Sports Council
  • Surf Abu Dhabi
  • Abu Dhabi Cycling Club
  • Al Hudayriat Football, a training base for elite teams including Manchester City FC
  • The Velodrome and integrated sport hotel facilities
  • Yas Marina Circuit, home of Formula 1 in the UAE
  • Etihad Arena

Through visits such as these, students gain direct insight into governance bodies, elite training environments, world-class event venues, and innovative sport infrastructure models.
