02
How do I know if my son/daughter has passed the semester?
Students receive notifications to their Les Roches email address about their grades as well as the decision of the progression panel at the end of each semester.
Students are responsible for informing their parents or sponsors in that regard.
03
Can I discuss my son’s/daughter’s academic progress and general situation without their involvement?
In accordance with data protection regulations, Les Roches is not permitted to share any information about students over the age of 18 with third parties—including parents or sponsors—without the student’s explicit consent. In exceptional circumstances, and only with the student’s signed authorization, limited information may be shared.

04
What should we do if our son/ daughter needs to return home for family reasons?
Students must comply with the attendance policy detailed in the Academic Catalog. While Les Roches understands that personal or family matters may arise, rescheduling assessments or making up for missed coursework is only permitted under approved mitigating circumstances.
05
How will my son or daughter be informed about behavioral expectations?
All students are introduced to Les Roches’ standards of conduct from the outset of their studies. They are expected to maintain a professional appearance in accordance with our Professional Image Guidelines and to uphold professional behavior at all times. These guidelines are reinforced throughout their academic journey to ensure alignment with industry expectations.

06
Is there more information available about the Sport Labs in Semester 1?
Yes. During the Practical Semester, students engage directly in sports management by operating real sports clubs modeled after professional organizations. Under faculty supervision, they assume key responsibilities such as event coordination, budget management, sponsorship acquisition, and participation in university-level competitions.
07
What is the purpose of combining two weeks at the Les Roches Abu Dhabi campus with six months at Les Roches Crans-Montana?
This structure is designed to expose students to the global nature of the sports industry by immersing them in three distinct, top-tier markets. Sports are shaped by cultural, economic, and regional dynamics—what drives the industry in the UAE is not the same as in Switzerland or Spain. By studying at our three campuses, students gain firsthand insight into how sports are managed and experienced across different global contexts, preparing them to operate in an international environment with greater adaptability and cultural awareness.

08
Does Les Roches offer a program tailored to professional athletes?
Yes. Les Roches has launched a unique academic track specifically designed for amateur, semi-professional, and professional athletes. With flexible on-campus and hybrid learning pathways, the program allows students to pursue a business education while advancing their sports careers.
Thank you for the trust that you have placed in Les Roches.
