Crans-Montana

Located in the Swiss Alps right next to the legendary ski resort of Crans-Montana, our flagship campus features working kitchens and bars and a rooms division demonstration area – the perfect environment for a hospitality education.

When you’re not studying, there is so much to do without ever leaving campus. As well as the food outlets and bars, Crans-Montana offers facilities including sports courts, a fitness center and an outdoor swimming pool.

Accommodation is found in the nine residential buildings on campus, most offering breathtaking views of the surrounding Alpine scenery and featuring common spaces such as meeting areas, kitchens and laundry facilities.

If you want to venture further afield, the resort of Crans-Montana with its high-end food outlets, culture, shopping and outdoor sports is a short ride away by car, bus or funicular. And if you head down the mountain, you’ll discover Sierre, which has its own mainline railway station.

The main language spoken in the area is French, so learning a few basic words such as ‘please’ (s’il vous plait), ‘thank you’ (merci) and ‘hello’ (bonjour) will be appreciated by the local population.

Marbella

Situated near a city that is practically a living hospitality classroom, our Marbella campus is a hi-tech learning environment on the sun-kissed Mediterranean coast.

Les Roches Marbella features professional training kitchens, demonstration hotel facilities, an Apple tech-equipped classroom and Mac Lab and a large auditorium connected to our campus in Crans-Montana.

The campus has four restaurants, ranging from buffetstyle to ‘à la carte’ dining, while all students enjoy free access to the nearby Manolo Santana Racquets Club tennis courts, gym and pool.

Accommodation at Les Roches Marbella comprises a range of single, double or triple room options that feature an en suite bathroom, study desk, air conditioning and safety deposit box.

With Marbella right on the doorstep, students can take advantage of everything the city has to offer, such as beautiful sandy beaches, upscale boutiques, bars and nightclubs. The Costa del Sol is also home to world-class events, including sports championships, music concerts and traditional Andalusian fairs.

Learning a few common Spanish words such as ‘please’ (por favor), ‘thank you’ (gracias) and ‘hello’ (ola) is encouraged and these efforts will be highly appreciated by the local population.
