To help ensure a smooth arrival, we offer a complimentary meet-and-greet and airport transfer service for new students on designated arrival days. Once flights have been booked, please ensure the student registers their arrival details on the applicant portal as soon as possible to benefit from this service.

Upon landing, students should first collect their luggage from the baggage claim area before exiting into the arrivals hall. There, they will find several welcome booths. A member of the Les Roches Welcome Team will be waiting at the booth clearly marked with Les Roches signage to greet them and assist with their transfer to campus, helping make their first arrival as easy and stress-free as possible.
