This master’s program is suited to candidates with or without a bachelor’s degree, who have relevant professional experience and wish to supplement this with an accredited graduate qualification.
You begin with a semester focused on core hospitality business content. Upon completion, you will undertake a one-semester specialization, choosing from a range of six professionally focused topics that allow you to tailor your learning to your future career ambitions. Depending on your work experience, you can fine-tune your skills with an internship or business research project to complete your degree.

The first semester of your Master’s in Hospitality Management can be studied at your choice of our world-class campus in Crans-Montana, Switzerland, or Marbella, Spain.
Depending on your chosen specialization, you will be based at the campus most relevant to that area of expertise, with exclusive business field trips and opportunities for unique industry insight.
Academic content
Across two intensive academic semesters you will become a master of hospitality and gain specialized business knowledge in your chosen field. You will graduate with in-demand expertise, immersive industry exposure and a growing global professional network.
Semester 1
Available to study at both our Crans-Montana and Marbella campuses, this first semester comprises topics relating to the business of hospitality, including financial and revenue management, marketing, business modeling, and event management.
For students without a hospitality-related degree or professional experience, the Hospitality Immersion Program (HIP) runs in parallel to this semester, with courses such as Hospitality in Context, F&B Beverage Operations Management, and Rooms Division Operations Management.
Semester 2
For your second semester of study, you will choose one of these six specializations:

Your optional MBA pathway
Subject to your academic performance, you will have the option to use the first semester of this program as a stepping-stone onto our industry-leading MBA in Global Hospitality Management.
Upon successful completion of the first semester, you can transition directly to the second semester of the MBA, including your choice of career-focused specialization. Once you have passed that semester, you will be awarded an MBA

Field trips take place in both study semesters of this program. Each involves a carefully curated series of visits to important industry players, giving you the chance to meet and interact with senior management and, in many cases, to see behind the scenes of their operations.
