This special Master’s of Advanced Studies degree pathway is suited to candidates with or without a Bachelor’s degree who have acquired relevant professional experience and now wish to supplement this with an accredited graduate qualification. Delivered in a fully blended executive format, the program is designed to be completed in 12 months, while offering the flexibility to complete it within up to 24 months, allowing working professionals to manage their studies alongside their careers.

After a first semester focused on core hospitality business content, including finance and revenue management, marketing, events and more, you will then undertake a one-semester specialization, for which we offer a choice of four topics. The program also includes residential weeks, providing opportunities for immersive, on-campus learning and networking. In this way, you can tailor your learning to support your future career ambitions.

Flexible Completion & Residential Weeks While the program is designed to be completed in 12 months, participants have the flexibility to extend their studies for up to 24 months, allowing them to balance their learning with professional and personal commitments. Residential weeks are scheduled within Semester 1; if participants are unable to attend their assigned cohort, they may join the corresponding residential week with one of the next three cohorts.

Discover, experience, excel in the first semester, students will focus on all aspects of the hospitality field before specializing in a particular area of interest in the second semester.

To complement their academic learning, the program includes residential weeks that bring the curriculum to life through immersive, on-campus experiences.

During these weeks, students visit some of the world’s most luxurious hotels, meet General Managers and other industry leaders, broaden their professional networks and gain first-hand exposure to one of the world’s fastest-growing and most innovative luxury hospitality markets.

Two Residential Weeks. One Connected Experience.

The program combines flexible online learning with two immersive residential weeks at Les Roches campuses in Spain and Switzerland. These on-campus experiences bring participants together to connect with faculty and peers, learn from industry experts, and apply their knowledge in real-world hospitality environments.

Residential Week 1 — Foundations & Immersion | Spain Launch your journey in the Spanish Rivera through interactive learning, practical workshops, industry visits, and networking, while building strong connections with your cohort.

Residential Week 2 — Application & Deep Dive | Switzerland Consolidate and apply your learning through masterclasses, real-world projects, case studies, presentations, and career-focused sessions, creating a valuable final networking and learning milestone.

The three programs — DAS in International Hospitality Management, DAS in F&B Entrepreneurship and Management, and DAS in Commercial Strategy and Revenue — run their residential weeks concurrently, creating additional opportunities to connect, collaborate, and learn alongside professionals from different areas of hospitality.
