Dr. Albian Albrahimi, Assistant Dean of the Graduate Programs, specializes in Hospitality Financial Forecasting. He holds a BSc in Finance and Accounting (University of Tirana, 2011), an MSc in Finance with a specialization in Financial Analysis (University of Neuchâtel, 2016), and a PhD in Financial Accounting (2021).

Dr. Rachel Germanier
Dr. Rachel Germanier, Head of Faculty Development since 2025, she drives initiatives to advance faculty excellence, innovation, and professional growth across campuses. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Land Management (University of Reading, 1991), an MEd in Applied Linguistics (Open University, 2009), and an EdD (2013).

Dr. Nancy E. Landrum
Nancy E. Landrum, expert in sustainability, holds a PhD in Business Administration (New Mexico State University), an MBA (Idaho State University), an MBA in Clinical Psychology, and an MA in Psychology (Marshall University). Her interests include sustainable practices and ecological economics.

Dr. Maurizio Caon
Dr. Maurizio Caon, specialist in digital transformation, holds a DAS in Higher Education and Educational Technology (University of Fribourg), a Master’s in Telecommunication and Computer Engineering (Università degli Studi di Perugia), and a PhD in Philosophy (University of Bedfordshire).

Must be proficient enough for higher education studies.
