With a flexible online format and 24/7 access to learning resources, this 18- weeks Diploma of Advanced Studies allows you to develop advanced commercial expertise while continuing your professional career. The program combines online learning with two immersive residential weeks— one in Marbella and one in Crans Montana—giving you the opportunity to connect with an international community of hospitality professionals and apply your learning in a dynamic environment.
Across three advanced modules, you’ll explore commercial strategy and deal-making, multiproperty revenue and distribution, and AI-driven commercial analytics. You’ll develop the skills to structure strategic partnerships, negotiate commercial agreements, optimize performance across portfolios, and turn complex data into clear, decision-ready recommendations.

We offer flexible program pathways tailored to hospitality professionals. Participants can progress to the Master of Advanced Studies in International Hospitality Management by completing one additional semester of the DAS in International Hospitality Management.
Flexible Completion & Residential Weeks While the program is designed to be completed in 18 weeks, participants have the flexibility to extend their studies for up to 24 months, allowing them to balance their learning with professional and personal commitments. Residential weeks are scheduled within Modules 1 and 3; if participants are unable to attend their assigned cohort, they may join the corresponding residential week with one of the next three cohorts.

Learn how to optimize total revenue, manage channel economics, and strengthen OTA and direct-booking performance while applying AI-powered forecasting, dynamic pricing, and demand segmentation to drive smarter and more responsible commercial decisions.
Digital Distribution & Channel Strategy
Examine digital distribution and channel strategy, learning how to optimize OTAs, metasearch, GDS, direct channels, and emerging booking technologies while protecting margins and maintaining a consistent guest experience. Gain insight into channel performance, rate parity, and AI-driven attribution to make smarter distribution decisions and strengthen commercial performance.

Two Residential Weeks. One Connected Experience.
The program combines flexible online learning with two immersive residential weeks at Les Roches campuses in Spain and Switzerland. These on-campus experiences bring participants together to connect with faculty and peers, learn from industry experts, and apply their knowledge in real-world hospitality environments.
Residential Week 1 — Foundations & Immersion | Spain Launch your journey in the Spanish Rivera through interactive learning, practical workshops, industry visits, and networking, while building strong connections with your cohort.
Residential Week 2 — Application & Deep Dive | Switzerland Consolidate and apply your learning through masterclasses, real-world projects, case studies, presentations, and career-focused sessions, creating a valuable final networking and learning milestone.
The three programs — DAS in International Hospitality Management, DAS in F&B Entrepreneurship and Management, and DAS in Commercial Strategy and Revenue — run their residential weeks concurrently, creating additional opportunities to connect, collaborate, and learn alongside professionals from different areas of hospitality.
