Hospitality & Tourism Youth Summer Camp 2025

The Hospitality & Tourism Youth Summer Camp 2025 is a 2-week immersive program designed for Emirati students aged 17–21, led and fully funded by the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi, in collaboration with Abu Dhabi Hospitality Academy - Les Roches

Throughout the program, you will

Train at Abu Dhabi Hospitality Academy – Les Roches, a renowned institution that blends academic excellence with real-world application. You will rotate on-site inside a prestigious hotel, allowing you to experience the daily operations of the hospitality industry from the inside. You will learn from hospitality professionals and educators who bring industry insight and global expertise into every session. You’ll also take part in cultural learning activities that give you a deeper understanding of the UAE’s tourism and hospitality identity.

And you will gain hands-on experience across core disciplines, building practical skills in areas such as:

Service Excellence
Culinary Arts
Barista Skills
Marketing
Front Office
Housekeeping

By the end of the program, each participant will walk away with: • Real-world hospitality training • A stronger professional outlook • A certificate of completion

Who can apply?

UAE nationals
Aged between 17–21
GPA 3.0 and above if in university, or 85% and above if in high school
Proficient in English
Interested in tourism and hospitality
Comfortable interacting with tourists in a multicultural work environment
All majors are accepted

Program dates

14th – 24th July 2025 Classes run from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Thursday

Training at Abu Dhabi Hospitality Academy - Les Roches

Week 2:

Hotel rotation at a prestigious hotel
